I had a small issue with my Leafly account the other day while I was trying to look something up, and I wasn’t sure if anyone would get back to me quickly. I’ve had support tickets with other sites sit there forever, so I wasn’t expecting much. They did reply the same day though, which was a nice surprise. The first response was kind of basic and didn’t fully solve it, but after I replied with a little more info, they actually looked into it and got it fixed. Not totally perfect, but definitely better than waiting around for days with no answer. I’m giving 4 stars because it took a couple messages, but overall the support team was helpful

I do find the site useful sometimes, but the amount of ads feels like a bit much. The popups and sponsored stuff seem to get in the way often, especially when I’m on mobile. I mostly just want to read without having to keep closing things.

I use Leafly regularly, mostly because it’s been reliable for me more often than not. The strain info usually matches what I’m looking for, and the shop details are generally helpful when I’m deciding where to go. I have run into a few times where the menu or store hours weren’t totally up to date, so I don’t treat it as perfect. But based on my experience, it’s still way more trustworthy than just clicking around random sites before heading out.

The Leafly menu looked updated, so I figured I was good to go, but when I got to the store they were out of two things I wanted. Not sure if I just caught them at the wrong time, but it was a little disappointing.

I’m on the road for work often, and Leafly has been great for checking what’s nearby when I’m not in my usual area. Like, I’ll be in a random city and it actually shows local stores, menus, and even some smaller places I didn’t expect to find. A few pages seem to update quicker than others, which is a little hit or miss, but it’s still been super useful. Makes it way easier to figure things out when I’m out of town.

I’ve been using it for a bit, but the search results feel kind of random?? I’ll type in something specific and get results that don’t really seem related, which makes it harder to find what I’m actually looking for

I checked the hours before heading over and it said they were open, but when I got there the place was completely closed. Frustrating because it messed up my plans and wasted a trip.

I use the leafly app on my phone often, it’s been solid. The pages load fast, the search works well, and I’m not just sitting there waiting forever like with some other apps, who has time for that? It’s crashed once or twice, but nothing that really bothered me. Overall, it’s easy to use, feels quick, and does what I need it to do. What more can you really ask for from a mobile app?

I did learn a little from it, so I can’t say it was totally useless. But a lot of the pages felt shallow, and I got tired of having the same basic points explained over and over like I didn’t get it the first time. I kept hoping it would go deeper, but it never really did...

The driver was nice and everything in the order was correct, so overall it wasn’t a bad experience. I just expected clearer instructions or better tracking updates so I knew what was going on while I was waiting

I used Leafly to place a pickup order it was easy. The menu was simple to look through, which I appreciated because I was already half-distracted thinking about what I was going to make for dinner. The prices matched when I got to the shop, my order was ready, and there wasn’t any awkward waiting around or surprise total at the counter. I know that sounds basic, but when errands actually go smoothly, it feels like a small miracle. I’ll definitely use it again next time.

It’s really frustrating. The app keeps showing me shops that are miles away like they’re nearby, while the stores that are actually close to me don’t show up at all. It makes the whole experience feel disappointing and not very useful.

The site works well overall. I was going to say it’s super easy to use, but actually the filters can get a little confusing sometimes and I have to click around to figure out what I’m doing.

I stopped in expecting the price to maybe be different, but they matched what I had seen. Made the whole visit straightforward, which was nice.
